About the roleAs a General Practice Nurse, you will be supporting safe and effective clinical practice within a general practice setting. You will be skilled in clinical assessments, planning and implementation of wound care, immunisation, triage and health monitoring. Through your working experience, you possess a strong knowledge in infection control and demonstrated ability to work within the National immunisation guidelines and RACGP standards. With a passion to work within community health, your communication and interpersonal skills will be at the highest standard with the ability to effectively problem solve and take initiative.
